Shipping policy

 

Preluxed aims to have your product shipped the NEXT day, so that you receive your items fast, and can enjoy them quicker. 

Once your item has been purchased, Preluxed will begin packaging your product immediately, and re-inspecting items to ensure no hidden flaws or difficulties have arisen. After this short process, we'll prepare your product for shipping. In situations where we can't send off the next day, we'll have it sent within the next 2 days, to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and it arrives smoothly. 

We ship nationally, Australia-wide, via Auspost or Sendle. To ensure your product arrives safely, we maintain all tracking numbers along with parcel information, so you don't have to worry about anything! 

After a product has been declared as "delivered", please reach out and let us know how your experience was! We have a google page open for any reviews, and appreciate all your feedback + support. 

If an item is lost in transport, we'll have it fully compensated by our team. Any further inquiries can be managed on our contact us page.
